Some views for an Industrial building.
I mostly worked on a concept for the office part. The rest was only facilities.
Theye were two entities for the site but they wanted to get a closer façade looks like.
But as you can see, each one gets its own look.
Here it is !
I did some researches for a Family houses.
The concept was to come from a “Normal” house with a two slope roof and to turn it into a kind of a split mirror house.
First I cut the house lengthwise in two.
Separate the two parts with a connection that should be the entrance.
Play with the roof to get light into the house at each time of the day.
I explained myself: I wanted a house close from outdoors and open widely indoors / Intimacy. That’s why each part face each other.
That’s also why the bedroom is located at the south west part of the house (facing East / to get the light in the morning).
And why the living room face West and is located in the East part of the House.

The goal was to refurbish the entrance and to promote its wine in order to sell it more often !
